Do PRCN Academy events award ECM credits?

No. Our events and courses do not award ECM credits. Attendees who complete the programme receive a certificate of attendance from PRCN Academy.

Who can attend?

Our programmes are designed for healthcare professionals. We may ask for proof of qualification before confirming a booking.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

All prices on the site are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to the product and your billing details, and is shown before you pay.

I am buying for a company outside Italy. Do I pay Italian VAT?

If your business is established outside Italy and has a valid VAT number, you may be invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism. Enter your VAT number at checkout: EU numbers are checked in real time with VIES.

Tickets for in-person events are generally taxed in the country where the event takes place, also for businesses.

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices are issued after payment and sent by email. You can download them at any time from Orders in your dashboard. Italian businesses receive the electronic invoice through SDI.

Can I register several colleagues at once?

Yes. Add the number of attendees at checkout and enter their details. You pay once and receive a single invoice.

Does each attendee need an account?

Each attendee gets their own account automatically and receives an email to set a password. This way everyone can see their ticket, materials and certificate.

How many times can I download an ebook?

Each file can be downloaded up to 5 times from Downloads in your dashboard. If you run out of downloads for a good reason, write to us.

Can I share the files with my team?

Files are licensed for your personal professional use. For team licences, contact us.

I checked out as a guest. Do I have an account?

Yes. We create an account with the email you used and send you a link to set your password.

What happens if an edition is sold out?

You can join the waitlist. If a seat becomes free we send you a payment link valid for 24 hours.
