Event terms

These terms apply to tickets for PRCN Academy events, such as X-Days, Masterclasses and Private Classes, in person or online. They complement the general Terms & Conditions.

You register online by choosing an edition, a ticket and any add-ons, then entering the attendee and billing details. Your registration is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

Seats are limited. Ticket prices may change between price tiers (for example early bird and standard); the price you pay is the one shown when you start checkout.

When you start checkout we hold your seats for 30 minutes. A timer shows how much time is left. If payment is not completed within that time, the hold expires and the seats go back on sale. You can start again if seats are still available.

When an edition is sold out you can join the waitlist free of charge. If a seat becomes available, we email the next person on the list a personal payment link valid for 24 hours.

If the link is not used within 24 hours, the offer passes to the next person. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a seat.

All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to the type of event and your billing details.

Reverse charge applies only to businesses established outside Italy with a valid VAT number, where the law allows it. Tickets for in-person events are generally subject to VAT in the country where the event takes place, also for businesses.

Add-ons such as the gala dinner are sold together with a ticket and cannot be bought on their own. They follow the same cancellation rules as the ticket they belong to.

You can register several attendees in one order and receive a single invoice. Each attendee gets their own PRCN Academy account and an email to set their password, so that tickets, materials and certificates reach the right person.

The person who places the order is responsible for the accuracy of each attendee's details.

If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a colleague free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Write to [email protected] with the new attendee's name, email and profession. The new attendee must also be a healthcare professional.

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Sample refund schedule, to be confirmed:

• More than 30 days before the event: full refund, minus a €50 administration fee.
• Between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before the event or no-show: no refund, but a substitution is still possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days, together with a credit note.

We may change the programme, speakers or venue for reasons beyond our control, keeping the event of equivalent value. If we cancel an edition, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another edition. We are not responsible for travel or hotel costs, so we recommend flexible bookings.

Attendance is recorded at the event. Attendees who complete the programme receive a certificate of attendance from PRCN Academy. PRCN Academy events do not award ECM credits.

Photos and videos may be taken during events for documentation and promotion. Attendees who prefer not to appear can tell the staff at registration. Recording sessions without permission is not allowed.
