The Academy

Regenerative science, made practicable.

PRCN Academy is the third pillar of Precision X Holding, the long-term vision of Ivan Marandola and Kasia Zajkowska. Where PRCN Retail acquires and operates the clinics, and PRCN Lab and PRCN Vitals manufacture and distribute, the Academy trains the medical class that applies the protocols. We turn advanced research into standardised, evidence-based protocols, and into the operational architecture to apply them.

PRCN Retail

Buy, build, operate

Acquisition and operation of aesthetic and longevity clinics. Revenue aggregation from day one, protocols validated in the field.

PRCN Lab · PRCN Vitals

Manufacture and distribute

NAD+, peptides, exosomes, hormones. Protocols and products for the platform clinics and the wholesale channel, with control of the supply chain.

You are here

PRCN Academy

Train, automate, scale

A new paradigm for the medical class, with AI as a tool. Holistic and functional training, self-care diagnostics and home lab testing, B2B network.

01

Evidence-led

Every module is led by practising physicians and rests on peer-reviewed literature, never on speculation.

02

Protocol-ready

You leave with prescribing frameworks, dosing tables and patient pathways you can apply in clinic on Monday.

03

Clinic and practice

The only academy that pairs the protocol with the service model: pricing, informed consent, follow-up, compliance.

Our legacy

We did not start today. We have been at it since 1995.

PRCN Academy carries forward the legacy of Fondazione A. Scarpa, G.A.I.A., the Italian Young Academy of Anti-Aging: founded and chaired by Prof. Paolo Marandola, legally recognised by ministerial decree of 7 June 1995 and hosted under the patronage of the University of Pavia. It was the first research institution in Italy dedicated to anti-aging and preventive medicine. When we were talking about predictive medicine, genomics and nutrigenomics, almost no one else in Italy was.

Prof. Paolo Marandola

Founder and President · Fondazione A. Scarpa – G.A.I.A.

Graduated from Pavia at 23 with top honours, trained between London, Boston and Montreal. From 1963 to 1970 he worked in organ-transplant research laboratories at the National Research Institute and Hammersmith Hospital in London with John Dempster, father of kidney transplantation, then at the Royal Victoria Hospital of McGill University in Montreal and at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston with the team of Nobel laureate Joseph Murray. He curated the first human Kidney Transplant Registry. In 1969 he created at Policlinico San Matteo in Pavia the first experimental organ-transplant laboratory in Italy. Over 300 scientific publications and 200 congress papers. Professor of Andrology at the University of Pavia. In 1995 he founded Fondazione Scarpa–G.A.I.A., dedicated first to male ageing studies and then to anti-ageing medicine.
